jess and i will be purchasing a home soon and one of the reasons why is our current and wonderful back deck. every night at least once i will hear racket out my window causing me to investigate the disturbance. i usually find the same ally-cat ringleader that has lead a group of friends to our private back deck to smoke marijuana.
i ask them to leave every time and get a new excuse why they were there. being someone that breaks rules, i can understand the attempt to use a private deck for public pleasure. but, i can not admire an idiot that doesn't know when to stop. if cops were reliable I would have them do something about the issue.
